• Colombia's Gay Adoption Ruling ("In a 6-to-2 decision, the Constitutional Court found that barring gay people from adopting had unreasonably deprived children of the right to be raised by families. (..) The judges argued that there was no evidence that same-sex couples were unfit parents (..).")
• Štrasburk natřel antisemitského komika hned z voleje: Dieudonné’s show “as dangerous as a head-on and sudden attack” ("They ruled that human rights law does not protect negationist and anti-Semitic performances. In its decision in the case of M’Bala M’Bala v. France (application no. 25239/13) the European Court of Human Rights declared the application inadmissible by a majority. The decision is final.")

Three suits were filed over the last six months, according to Michael Allmendinger, a spokesman for the Federal Constitutional Court in Karlsruhe. (..) • "Vlastník může odmítnout pronajmout byt cizincům nebo Romům. Makléři by za to hrozil soud" ("Realitním makléřům by se v budoucnu mohla jejich práce zkomplikovat. Když jim vlastník nemovitosti zadá, že ve svém nájemním bytě nechce určitou skupinu lidí, například cizince, invalidy nebo Romy, nebudou moct jeho přání vyhovět. Pokud to udělají, skončí pravděpodobně před soudem. Průlomové rozhodnutí pro takové případy vydal litoměřický soudce Jiří Šlapal. Ten řešil kauzu Lenky Balogové, které realitní kancelář Elišky Noskové nechtěla poskytnout pronájem bytu v Lovosicích, protože je Romka. Makléř přitom plnil výslovné přání majitele této nemovitosti. Jenže Šlapal v písemném rozsudku, který před několika dny dokončil, uvedl, že takový postup není možný. "Realitní makléř nemůže takový diskriminační pokyn ze strany vlastníka přijmout a považovat jej za závazný," napsal soudce.")
